Workwear Solutions International Launches Brand New Look for 2025

Aug 11, 2025 | Marketing

NAUMD Associate member Workwear Solutions International Ltd has undergone a complete rebrand and refreshed look – including new logo, new website and enhanced CORE team. Workwear Solutions is an award winning, independent garment and textiles consultancy, specialising in uniforms, technical workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including for public sector and private end users in the UK, Europe, Middle East and North America.

The company offers a full suite of technical product and tendering support services including design, product development, sourcing (raw materials and finished goods), technical specification and on-going quality assessment, including in-factory audits.  Since being established in 2016, Workwear Solutions has earned a reputation for delivering a high quality of product & service which exceeds clients’ expectations,

As a frequent contributor to industry innovation through MD & Founder Natalie Wilson, the company has been recognized with multiple awards, including the ‘Best Consultancy Services Business’ in November 2023 the 2024 Inclusive Design Award from the Professional Clothing Industry Association Worldwide (PCIAW). She is a current board member of the NAUMD and PCIAW.

In the last 12 months the company has successfully supported high profile UK and European public sector clients by: overseeing the development of over 300 technical product specifications; conducting social and ethical audits globally to ensure compliance before orders were placed with suppliers; and advising on procurement processes for contracts worth in excess of £100m.

During this time, the business has been awarded contracts with 6 new major clients globally, grown turnover by 21%, and implemented new IT systems with enhanced cyber security levels, all while giving further security and quality assurances to their extremely satisfied clients.

The rebranding exercise marks a significant investment in the company and a reflection of the growth and commitment to their clients – getting the company ready to celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2026.

Here are the highlights:

New  Logo

Natalie Wilson said: “We’re excited to reveal our brand-new look, with our refreshed colour palette and logo updated to better reflect the growth in the range of services we offer to our end user clients, across high risk and high-profile industries.”

Workwear Solutions’ approach to ensuring excellence in customer service is woven into every part of the business culture and service deliverables for clients, on the basis of adding value to every part of their interactions and becoming a key part of their clients’ team(s).

Those who attended the 2025 NAUMD Convention in New Orleans, may recognise the branding, as a ‘sneak peek’ was shown during Natalie’s presentation: ‘Breaking Barriers: Inclusive PPE Standards and Practices for the US Market’.

“The new logo was designed to symbolise our heritage in the textiles industry, and also represents the interweaving of complex technical and commercial support we provide our clients.” Natalie added.

New Website

As part of the rebranding exercise, the company has launched its new website this month. Reflecting the brand-new look and feel of the company, the new website includes News, Events and Insights pages, which are designed to share and celebrate industry education and developments.

There is also a newsletter ‘Workwear Solutions Insider’ where clients can sign up for company updates, insights, and sharing of key industry events, such as the educational and networking events hosted by the NAUMD, and others.

Core Team

As part of the company’s growth strategy, the business model has moved from one which relied on freelance consultants to one which is primarily employee run, with additional support from their CIRCLE of technical consultants, and wider COMMUNITY of international experts, as and when needed.  Being able to draw on a flexible outsourced team of industry experts is a huge benefit for their clients, especially when technical knowledge is no longer (or has never been) available in-house.

“By bringing the team in-house, we created a more stable platform for our clients, and as we continue to achieve year on year growth, we needed to change the model to ensure year-round availability of the CORE team” Natalie added. “Our clients therefore receive the specific knowledge and expertise required for each product type or project, combined with transparency of each project through rigorous reporting, and regular communication from a team committed, and available when needed.”
