Designed for a 17-member team, the uniform balances formality, comfort, and Disney’s creative standards while honoring the department’s rebranding. Crafted from black poly-wool with United Uniform’s bi-swing back, the design ensures comfort while parading through the Magic Kingdom. Red and gold metallic threads, matching the new district logo, detail the custom shoulder emblem, braid, cordedge, and lace on the choker-style blouse and trousers. Gold domed State of Florida Seal buttons replace traditional FD buttons, honoring the state’s role in the district’s future. The program debuted during the district’s unveiling ceremony and received widespread recognition for its elevated, made-to-measure design.

PROGRAM: Phoenix Police Department

The Phoenix Police Department, serving over 1.6 million residents across 500 square miles, introduced the Flying Cross Power Flex uniform to address the city’s extreme desert climate and the demands of modern policing. Designed for more than 2,500 sworn officers, the Power Flex uniform uses 100% low-sheen knit polyester with engineered stretch fibers, providing maximum mobility, breathability, and rapid drying. At 6.0 oz., the fabric delivers a professional appearance while remaining lightweight, wrinkle-resistant, and odor-resistant—without chemical treatments or PFAS. Following a 9-month wear test through Arizona’s harsh summers and cooler winters, the department praised the uniform’s comfort, versatility, and low maintenance. Officers report feeling cooler, more comfortable, and confident in this new class-wear approved option.

PROGRAM: Henrico County Police

Henrico County Police, a 630+ officer agency in Virginia, transitioned to a new uniform program designed for a modern, professional image while improving officer comfort and functionality. Flying Cross developed a custom two-tone Hybrid Under-Vest Shirt—French Blue upper and Navy lower—paired with Power Flex all-way stretch hidden cargo pants. Class A uniforms feature a Justice Poly/Wool blend, combining durability with professional appearance. Galls provided distribution and logistical support, eliminating the department’s need to manage inventory. The result is a sharp, distinct uniform that enhances comfort, mobility, and morale while meeting the daily demands of law enforcement. Both officers and the community have embraced the new look.

PROGRAM: Lexington-Fayette Division of Community Corrections

Galls partnered with the Lexington-Fayette Division of Community Corrections to create a uniform program balancing tradition, authority, and comfort. Serving 1,260 inmates with 323 sworn officers, the program includes Class A and B uniforms from Elbeco and Flying Cross, featuring updated rank insignia on sleeves or epaulets, LDCC collar brass, and new department patches with a Thin Gray Line. A distinctive Color Guard uniform reverses the Class A color scheme, combining silver accents, a gray Stratton hat, and cavalry-striped trousers, symbolizing ties to Kentucky’s sheriff heritage. Officers also wear cloth replicas of service ribbons on daily uniforms, enhancing recognition and morale. The department views these uniforms as a visible symbol of community trust and professional pride. The collaborative project took 27 months to ensure quality, function, and durability.

The selected uniform features a light grey poly/cotton poplin shirt paired with black trousers detailed with a light grey stripe. This combination provides a modern, approachable look while maintaining durability, breathability, and comfort for daily wear. Liberty Uniform worked closely with Chief Gerald Knight and his team through wear testing and product evaluations to ensure quality and performance. Officers report high satisfaction with the new uniforms, which project professionalism, enhance department pride, and support stronger relationships with the Gaffney community.

Environment and Climate Change Canada’s new uniform program outfits 265 wildlife enforcement officers across Canada, delivering tactical functionality and a distinct law enforcement image. Designed by Logistik Unicorp, the collection includes a modular outerwear system, tactical long-sleeve shirts, and reinforced cargo pants engineered for harsh climates and rugged terrain. A black color palette enhances authority and differentiates the officers from other agencies. Each garment was developed with field functionality in mind—featuring firearm accommodations, ballistic protection compatibility, and climate adaptability. The rollout in 2022 was well received, with officers praising the updated look and performance. The program reflects thoughtful design and research, balancing professional appearance, comfort, and the diverse operational needs of federal wildlife enforcement.

The Southport Fire Department in North Carolina elevated their Honor Guard with a striking new uniform program designed for unity and professionalism. Featuring red poly/wool high-collar jackets by J. Higgins and Blauer black poly 4-pocket pants with gold stripe, the ensemble projects a sharp, classic fire service image. Accessories include Perfect Fit/Jay-Pee white duty gear, Keystone white 8-point hats, and Thorogood high-gloss oxfords. This upgrade replaced inconsistent older uniforms, ensuring every Honor Guard member looks identical. Read’s Uniforms handled on-site fittings and custom shoulder patch design. The Honor Guard proudly represents the department at community events and ceremonies. According to Chief Charles Drew, “The new uniforms provide the look we desired—immaculate and uniformed representation of the flags presented.”

The department outfitted 100 members across all divisions in Blauer Flex RS uniforms—gray Supershirts paired with dark navy Covert Tactical Pants featuring a gray stripe. CID personnel wear matching pants without the stripe and gray First Tactical performance polos. Officers received custom Onyx Armor outer carriers with Zero9 Kydex accessories, Kore Essentials Molle gunbelts, and Haix tactical boots. Patrol officers wear Alboum campaign hats, while CID and training units use navy Notch ballcaps. This transformation, led by Chief Garrett Fiveash with input from all personnel, boosted morale and community feedback. Read’s Uniforms managed the sizing, fittings, and rollout, delivering a sharp, cohesive look praised by officers and city leadership.

The new uniform program was rolled out statewide, with Spiewak conducting fittings at 13 locations and stocking local dealers. After extensive testing of multiple options, Spiewak’s uniform was chosen for its superior quality, performance, and comfort. The rollout was executed efficiently, with strong positive feedback from troopers. The new uniform successfully balances tradition with modern enhancements, ensuring Vermont State Police maintain their respected appearance while improving daily wear and functionality for officers across diverse environments.

Ornge Ambulance, Ontario’s critical care transport service, partnered with Unisync Group to create a mission-critical uniform program for over 700 frontline personnel. The flame-resistant Nomex® flight suit features triple-stitched seams, ergonomic design, and custom pockets for tool access during emergencies. Supporting gear includes CSA-compliant outerwear, tactical pants, and cold-weather layers built for extreme conditions. Developed through field testing and frontline feedback, the uniforms balance durability, comfort, and functionality. Reflective elements and Ornge’s signature color palette deliver visibility and a professional image, enabling teams to perform life-saving work in the toughest environments.

Serving one of North America’s largest transit systems, the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) outfits nearly 9,000 employees across roles from drivers and subway operators to maintenance and emergency services. The uniform program spans 150 styles designed for functionality, durability, and adaptability to Montréal’s harsh climate. Garments include insulated parkas, high-visibility 5-in-1 coats, knitwear, footwear, and cotton options to address allergies. Field-tested and refined through employee feedback, the program balances cost, comfort, and performance. STM prioritized garments suited for outdoor, underground, and high-traffic environments, ensuring employees stay safe, professional, and comfortable.
