Order Allocation Coordinator

Job Summary

The Order Allocation Coordinator coordinates and executes dropping of orders from SAP to WMS and manages system errors.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Creating daily deliveries to WMS
  • Monitoring WMS holds and release
  • Monitor short shipments and correct
  • Monitor inventory errors and correct as needed
  • Correct daily delivery errors in SAP
  • Communicate and interact with Customer Service regarding order
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • SAP/WMS experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with various department levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Microsoft Office experience, Excel proficiency
