Account Coordinator

Job Summary

The Account Coordinator manages various support activities and special projects for designated accounts. This role supports the Account Management team by facilitating various client requests including new products, reporting, website maintenance, and resolving escalated customer issues.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Generates and evaluate backorder reports and potential out of stock reports on a weekly basis
  • Monitors the open sales order report and follows up on delayed orders
  • Researches inventory issues and communicates with supply chain
  • Runs the program analysis review report and summarizes data for the clients’ review on a monthly basis
  • Coordinates product sourcing, costing, and sample development
  • Manages the process of adding new items, phasing out or replacing discontinued items in a client’s line which includes SKU set up, ensuring client inventory commitment, product photography, and website maintenance
  • Assigns internal team tasks with a CRM tool, tracks progress and follows up to ensure deadlines are met, and prepares information for business reviews
  • Coordinates special distribution projects with customer service and the distribution center
  • Works with the marketing and graphic design teams to develop order forms and ordering guides
  • Schedules meetings with various team members to communicate deadlines and track the progress of special projects
  • Supports uniform in-field wear tests and participates in site visits as needed
  • Travel to work booths at client conventions as needed
  • Works to resolve escalated customer service or quality issues

 

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in an account support role
  • Ability to interact with various department levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Microsoft Office experience, Excel proficiency
