McDonalds Portugal will have, for the first time, uniforms designed by a recognized name in the national fashion scene. Katty Xiomara was the stylist chosen to dress the more than six thousand employees, representing an investment of 1.6 million euros by the company.
Favoring the urban and contemporary spirit of the new image of McDonald’s restaurants, the new uniforms were presented in a parade that featured names such as Diana Pereira, Isaac Alfaiate, Pedro Guedes, among others, as well as employees from the restaurants.
“We consider it essential that our employees feel good about what they wear, not only for comfort and functionality, but also in terms of identity. Therefore, it is a wonderful thing for us to update the uniforms of our employees in Portugal, recognizing the importance of these garments in their day-to-day tasks and how they impact their work experience,” said Sofia Mendoça, Director of Human Resources at McDonald’s Portugal.
