NAUMD recently named Mukesh Vijaywargi a Chief Global Advisor. As NAUMD continues to expand as a global network involved in the uniform, image apparel, workwear and public safety industries, there is a greater need for strategic advisors outside the association’s traditional North American network of companies.
Mukesh is a veteran of the uniform textile industry. He currently serves as the area director for Klopman International Branch Middle East and works on emerging markets for Klopman. “Uniforms play a vital role in how corporations perform and government agencies work,” says Vijaywargi. “I believe that a global network of uniform manufacturers and suppliers can help all stakeholders share best practices and build stronger trading relationships. I am pleased to accept this volunteer post with the NAUMD.”
