The Indian Army has a new combat uniform for its personnel aimed to provide more comfort and sustainability. The new combat dress was unveiled on January 15 during the country’s Army Day parade.
Made using a blend of cotton and polyester in 70:30 ratio, the lightweight fabric dries quickly, making it comfortable for the troops during operations. The new uniform, which features a mix of colors including olive and earthen, is also touted to be more durable in both summer and winter.
