NAUMD mourns the passing of Simboliq’s Leonard Greenfield, who died suddenly on January 10. The custom software solutions provider Simboliq has been a member for many years, and Len was an active industry and association supporter. Always willing to help, Len was the first to raise his hand and sponsor a webinar with NAUMD when the series was announced.
Kind, gentle, funny, and loving, easy going, down-to earth, and a real people person, Len was the guy to call when you were having a hard time with life’s problems or a business dilemma. Lenny was a gifted listener, teacher, and communicator, with the patience and caring to explain anything to anyone at any time. He was also a numbers whiz and computer guru with incredible business sense. The most rewarding part of Lenny’s profession was to analyze businesses and systems, then work endlessly to provide the best solution. His clients knew that they could rely on him as a highly conscientious and trusted business consultant who always had their best interests at heart. In fact, Len recently helped troubleshoot a technical issue experienced by NAUMD’s home office.
Len leaves behind his wife of 33 years, March Claman, and countless relatives, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was 58.
