For the opening of the Nekajui, a Ritz Carlton Reserve, in Costa Rica’s Peninsula Papagayo, Dressbest Uniforms created a custom uniform program reflecting the property’s luxury standards and unique tropical environment. Designed for 450 employees across all departments—including restaurants, spa, maintenance, and security—the collection features earthy tones and natural textures inspired by Costa Rica’s landscape and culture.
Fabrics were carefully selected to perform in the region’s intense heat and humidity while maintaining a refined, modern aesthetic. Breathable materials allow staff to stay cool and comfortable without sacrificing appearance or mobility. Tailored fittings ensured proper wearability for every role.
The program’s blend of local influence, elegance, and functionality earned praise from hotel leadership and employees, setting a new standard for Ritz-Carlton resort presentation in the region.
