JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Coordinator is responsible for supporting digital marketing, advertising, social media, ambassador/influencer programs, product data files (for ecommerce). The role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media
- Executes the social media plans for each division in order to grow relevant social media audience
- Partners with the in-house graphic design team to coordinate creation of engaging content
- Coordinates social posting calendar and execution for company social accounts
- Interacts with consumers including managing DMs
- Manages social media contests
- Executes story posts with user generated content (UGC) and unique content
- Sets up and tracks campaigns including reporting and insights
- Brand Ambassadors & Influencers
- Manages brand ambassador platform and content
- Manages influencer platform and individual influencers, including negotiating to engage new influencers
- Sets up and tracks ambassador and influencer campaigns and “missions” including reporting and insights
- Advertising & SEO
- Coordinates production and delivery of digital advertising assets
- Maintains files on advertising reporting including a weekly dashboard for campaigns
- Supports SEO optimization
- General Project Management
- Project manages the creative and production process for digital marketing using the company’s approved system, digital creative brief, project traffic, digital approval. Uses other systems including digital asset management, and others for internal team communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in social marketing and business social account management
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter algorithms and the ability to keep up to date on the latest updates to maintain high visibility
Preferred Skills
- Advanced in social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Hootsuite)
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
