Design Collective by Cintas created a refined, resort-inspired uniform program for the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s newest vessel, Ilma. Designed for 374 crew members, the collection balances luxury, functionality, and comfort while reflecting the distinct themes of each onboard restaurant and venue.
Lightweight, easy-care, and sustainable fabrics were carefully selected to withstand the demands of yachting while delivering an elevated look. Custom prints, such as a Peruvian-inspired design for The Beach Club, and light layering pieces offer versatility and allow staff to adapt to changing temperatures and occasions.
Each wardrobe element was designed for comfort and inclusivity across body types. Launched in St-Nazaire, France, the program received rave reviews, setting a new standard for luxury cruise uniforms while complementing the yacht’s sophisticated aesthetic.
