Taco Bell’s new uniform program, developed by BAMKO, reimagines the brand’s image with a shift from “Millennial Mindset” to a bold “Cultural Rebel” aesthetic. Designed for 170,000 employees, the program introduces gender-neutral fits and fashion-forward pieces while maintaining functionality for the quick-service environment.
Team Members and Managers choose from graphic tees, polos, dress shirts, outerwear, headwear, aprons, and name badges—balanced in comfort, durability, and style. A black base palette is accented with vibrant brand icons for a modern, expressive look.
Field tests and franchise feedback shaped the final collection, including the addition of a workwear-inspired manager shirt and expanded headwear. The launch sparked immediate enthusiasm, with early sales exceeding expectations by up to 2x. The result is a highly embraced, brand-consistent program that supports individuality and performance.
