The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) operates as the third largest public transit corporation in North America, serving the Montréal area. With nearly 11,000 employees, STM manages a vast network spanning 2000 buses across 500 square miles and 68 stations on four subway lines covering 71 km. This program outfits 9000 employees in various roles such as drivers, subway operators, office clerks, maintenance staff, security personnel, and emergency services.
The uniform program includes an extensive range of over 150 styles tailored to meet diverse needs: insulated parkas and coats for harsh winters, knitwear like sweaters and vests, technical gear such as 5-in-1 high visibility coats, and specialized items like epaulettes and footwear to ensure comfort and safety in all conditions. The selection process also includes 100% cotton options to address allergy concerns and ensures that every garment balances cost-effectiveness with durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
