Last week, The Pulse and NAUMD introduced to readers National Uniform Day, a new program intended to celebrate the tens of millions of workers who proudly wear a uniform to work each day. Conceived by NAUMD, the first annual National Uniform Day is slated for September 18th.
The NAUMD encourages companies and organizations nationwide to participate in this celebration by recognizing their uniformed employees in unique and engaging ways. How? The options are limitless. Post a story about a customer, run a contest or offer a discount. Feeling creative? Go live on a social media channel or share a video. Or simply post a fun uniform fact, advice on garment care or a throwback picture. You’ll find more suggestions here.
