Dressbest Uniforms designed a refreshed, heritage-inspired uniform program for The Plaza Hotel in New York City, outfitting 166 employees across management, security, and food and beverage outlets. The goal was to modernize staff image while honoring the property’s historic legacy and iconic status.
Using top-tier fabrics and craftsmanship, the collection balances elegance, comfort, and function—critical for employees working in a luxury hotel that’s also a major tourist destination.
The designs reflect the building’s early 20th-century grandeur while incorporating contemporary tailoring to serve staff through New York’s extreme seasonal conditions. Individual fittings and on-site alterations ensured a perfect fit for every team member. The program has been met with enthusiastic feedback from staff and management, reaffirming The Plaza’s world-class presentation.
