Design Collective by Cintas created an exclusive uniform program for Québec City’s iconic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, outfitting 100 team members across Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Services, Door Attendants, and Gold Lounge staff.
Inspired by the property’s rich Francophone heritage and British roots, the collection blends historic elegance with modern refinement. Key pieces include double-breasted jackets, wide lapels, morning coats with gold embellishments, and a women’s coat influenced by classic Chanel styling. A custom navy suiting fabric, carefully sourced for both durability and breathability, ensures comfort and longevity.
Each silhouette balances luxury with functionality, designed to perform across seasons while complementing the castle’s grandeur. The result is a polished, upscale collection that elevates the guest experience and honors the hotel’s historic legacy.
