In the Summer of 2024, Universal Orlando Resort debuted DreamWorks Land – a vibrant new themed environment inspired by DreamWorks Animation’s beloved characters Shrek, Trolls and Kung Fu Panda. Located in the Universal Studios Florida theme park, the expansive area features tons of fun for the entire family.
The vibrant, custom-designed DreamWorkers wardrobe blends playful creativity with practical performance. Bright multicolor camp shirts—crafted from 100% recycled PET—feature a bespoke cloud print hiding DreamWorks icons and the “DreamWorkers” identifier. Paired with navy moisture-wicking microfiber pants and shorts, the uniforms balance comfort and durability for Florida’s climate.
To shade the DreamWorkers from the harsh Florida sun, navy moisture wicking polyester diamond knit caps were developed. An open back version of the cap is available for those that have full or natural locks. An additional fully brimmed UPF 50+ navy hat is offered for even more protection. The caps are branded with the iconic Moonchild Icon DreamWorks logo embroidery while the hats have the same logo via heat seal embroidered patches.
For cold days, a 3-in-1 jacket is offered in navy to coordinate with the bottom wear. Often when it’s cold in the morning, the weather warms up and the team members don’t need a heavy jacket or sometimes the team members work both inside where it’s cool and outside where it’s warm during the same shift. This design allows team members to have the option to wear the fleece jacket and water-resistant shell together or separate, depending on the climate, so they can choose their level of warmth.
In short, every detail—from design to material— immerses team members in the land’s storytelling while supporting sustainability, functionality, and team pride.
