The team of Spiewak and Galls is behind this winning program that continues the rich traditions and proud past of the Virginia State Police.
For over 35 years the department had been wearing a 55/45 poly/wool uniform. They wanted to change to more functional, comfortable and easy care garments. Their uniform supplier and distributor accomplished this without sacrificing performance or appearance. All uniform fabrics and colors were developed specifically for Virginia State Police, and all uniforms are custom made.
Superior fabrics are used which provide better color retention and color consistency throughout time. These fabrics have a superior pill rate which improves performance without sacrifice to comfort. Unique options and technology like a gusseted crotch, hidden button-down collar, shirt retention system, and expand-on-demand waistband incorporates various improvements and features that provides the VSP troopers with increased comfort and functionality while upholding their professional and traditional image.
