PAL Airlines, headquartered in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, is a regional airline operating across Eastern Canada and beyond. PAL consists of 1007 uniformed employees broken into 6 divisions, with job functions that include pilots, flight attendants, customer service reps, maintenance, and warehouse.
PAL Airlines recognized the need for improved comfort in their uniform line, with previous complaints spanning both workwear and cabin crew attire. To address these concerns, PAL collaborated with Unisync to create a look that prioritized comfort and functionality. The airline opted for stretch suiting adorned with customized PAL-branded buttons. Comfort and functionality were prioritized in the below-the-wing workwear by switching to a softer hand cargo pant.
Additionally, Unisync’s innovative design team crafted unique neckwear solutions, including PAL’s signature ties and a striking winter scarf – a luxurious pashmina in a textured 80% viscose 20% polyester, featuring the iconic PAL bird logo, embodying the airline’s bold and distinctive aesthetic.
