Montana’s BBQ & Bar is a renowned Canadian restaurant chain headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario, that operates as a subsidiary of Recipe Unlimited. The chain boasts 105 restaurants spread across Canada.
The restaurant recently embarked on the journey of developing a new image to enhance its brand identity and elevate the customer experience. Central to this endeavor was the company’s commitment to aligning its image with its unique brand, culture, and environment while prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of its workers amidst varying work conditions.
In developing the new image, Montana’s recognized the importance of synchronizing its visual identity with the rustic, western BBQ theme that defines its ambiance and resonates with its clientele. Hence, the Image of the Year award-winning program by Unisync was meticulously crafted to reflect this distinct aesthetic, ensuring that employees not only looked the part but also contributed to the immersive dining experience.
The uniform program by Unisync encompasses three distinct categories: Bartenders, Servers, and the Kitchen staff, each tailored to reflect the unique ambiance and theme of the restaurant. Bartenders are outfitted with vibrant t-shirts featuring the playful slogan “Drink Beer – Eat BBQ – Repeat,” encapsulating the spirited essence of the establishment. Servers sport custom-designed plaid red shirts, evoking a rustic, western BBQ aesthetic.
Finally, the kitchen staff don custom pillbox hats, black V-neck cook shirts for line cooks, and elegant white chef coats with black-accented cuffs and buttons, reflecting professionalism and culinary expertise.
